Working collaboratively with their team, we project managed the process from end to end, commencing with a workshop to review previous years upfronts.

We facilitated a series of workshops to develop the strategic and creative elements - and developed the theme ‘The Road ahead’ to make the carsales team be thought of as a strategic partner of choice for their customers as they navigated changes in data privacy and erosion of third party cookies.

From here we are rolling out project management and theme development workshops for the carsales team so their inhouse capabilities are ready to tackle the project next year.

In 2024, carsales mediahouse engaged adroitly to help them present their annual upfront - ‘openhouse’.

In media, an upfront is traditionally the time of year where brands update their customers (and the wider market) about results, and introduce new products ready to be launched.
